Power electronics laboratry aims to "save the earth" with the technology on a power electronics.There are four-directions of the power conversion;AC-DC, DC-AC, AC-AC and DC-DC.
This lab. has the subjects about above-mentioned all directions of the power conversion.
Especially,
■Circuit topologies and control technique
Matrix converter, Development of a high-frequency switching technology and high-speed digital control technology
■Optimization of the circuit design
Integrated design method with a power loss, thermal and volume, design of a filter, optimization with pareto front
■Development of directional technology on application
Energy cash system with flywheel, motor control for limitted application, low-voltage large-current power supply
are currently researched.
